Everytime I look at it, I notice something more. "Ohh I like the hedgehog! Omg there's a grasshopper! Ahhh there's ladybugs!" Awesome piece! But.. why does the girl look sad? Is it because a beautiful garden is on her head that she can't see?
I though of her more as contemplative. I like putting wild things on my characters' heads and having them think nothing of it - like it's just your every day, run of the mill head-garden.

This one is 10" x 14" (with the mat and frame it's 16" x 20"). I don't use a whole lot of recycled paper, although I probably should.
